Shamanic traditions have used the beat of a drum to enhance intuition and commune with nature and spirit. In ancient Greece, Muses were called upon for divine assistance in the arts. Combining both principles, this workshop offers a time-tested method for connecting with the other-than-human to support your creative process. In our time together, you will:

-enjoy a grounding meditation

-be led in a drum journey to meet your personal “muse” or creative ally

-receive insight into —and even release— any blocks to moving forward

-take home ideas for continued practice
