Two hours of connection, kindness, simple exercises, and guided meditation to gently express and process sadness. Please note that this isn’t therapy– it’s an approach to grief rooted in ancestral perspectives to normalize and manage the understandable pain of losses of all kinds. We are an advice-free community offering one another the medicine of an accepting space, particularly at this time of intensity.
