Connection, comfort, physical and emotional relief are some of the things to be found when you acknowledge your sadness in community. It’s not morbid, dark, or depressing. It’s actually the opposite because it’s honest, real, and we can stop expending all this energy pretending we feel some other way. It’s not “grief therapy” – it’s an honest conversation with a meditation ritual and time to share what’s up for you – whatever that might be.
